Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services

- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints

- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Fluent in English 

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
