This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries or concerns, and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and social media
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control is an advantage
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
