Major Responsibilities

  • Manage a large number of time-sensitive client issues at any given time
  • Connect with prospective and existing clients to address a broad range of insurance issues
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments or changes with the carriers and new federal/state laws that may affect how our clients must administer their benefit programs, and communicate this information
  • Ability to work with and without supervision
  • Prepare renewals, proposals, and census data
  • Identify and resolve issues relating, but not limited to, claims, eligibility, coverage and cost
  • Conduct new business presentations, renewal meetings and employee open enrollment
  • Project a professional, positive and enthusiastic image in the workplace
  • Ability to analyze the customers benefit portfolio and recommend/cross sell additional product lines
  • Commit to utilize and follow current operating systems and procedures while remaining flexible to the changing demands of a growing organization
