Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client and vendor accounts, delivering exceptional service and quick resolutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot service issues (delays, exceptions), and coordinate with operations for seamless scheduling and execution.
  • Onboard new customers efficiently, set up accounts in internal systems, and support sales by following up on leads, preparing quotes, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to boost satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a professional, proactive approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing time/priorities in a dynamic, shifting environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework/degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $40,000 - $55,000, based on experience and mentality fit.
  • Profit sharing (2% of profit on managed accounts) + performance incentives.
