Job Summary

The Data Entry Processor will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent typing skills, and a strong understanding of data integrity and confidentiality. This role is vital in ensuring that our operational and client records are current, correct, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems from various source documents.

• Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct any inconsistencies.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while processing information.

• Perform regular data audits and clean-up as needed.

• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data protection guidelines.

• Communicate with team members or other departments to verify data or clarify information.

• Assist in generating basic reports or summaries based on processed data.

• Support administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, data processor, or similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other data entry software/tools.

• Strong typing skills (minimum [insert WPM if required]).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
