Data Entry Associate

As part of our expanding team, were looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Associate to help support our data operations and administrative functions.

Position Overview

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining a wide range of data into our internal systems. This role supports key business operations by ensuring data integrity and consistency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and able to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of focus and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update data in internal databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed

• Organize, file, and maintain digital records in accordance with company policies

• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies

• Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity

• Assist with generating basic reports or summaries from data sets

• Support additional administrative or clerical tasks as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred

• Prior experience in data entry, administration, or office support is a plus

• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with database systems is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
