Position Summary

StrataBuilt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Support Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our data management systems by ensuring the accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of essential business information. You will also assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and support overall data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data in internal systems, databases, and platforms

  • Review incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

  • Work closely with other teams to resolve data inconsistencies or clarify missing information

  • Perform data cleansing and validation tasks as directed

  • Assist in the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports

  • Maintain documentation of data entry procedures and updates

  • Support audits and quality assurance processes related to data integrity

  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
