Position Overview

We are seeking a precise and detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer to input, update, and verify information in our systems with speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus. Youll play a key role in ensuring our data remains clean, organized, and up to date supporting critical business functions and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into the appropriate systems

• Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry

• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries

• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards

• Organize and maintain digital files and records

• Follow company procedures for data entry and documentation

• Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding data-related issues

• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative role preferred
