Role overview:
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions at StrategyByte. In this role, you will design and implement workforce strategies that strengthen our culture, streamline recruitment, and enhance employee engagement across a growing international, remote-first team. You will drive compliance, performance management and leadership development initiatives to help StrategyByte sustain operational excellence and help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the companys overall HR and talent strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruitment end-to-end: from job design, sourcing and interviews to offer and onboarding.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction and probation management programs.
Manage performance reviews, KPI monitoring and leadership development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate payroll, compensation and benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure legal compliance, privacy adherence and health and safety standards across all teams.
Build policies that support culture, engagement, diversity, inclusion and change management.
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure secure HR data management.
Partner with leadership to foster a transparent, high-performance and values-driven environment.
Some additional responsibilities may include customer relationship management and support with key client billing.


Experience we value:
Proven experience (1+ years) managing HR operations or people functions in a fast-growing or remote company.
Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations and HR best practices.
Demonstrated success in recruitment, onboarding and talent retention.
Experience with HR software tools, ATS and digital performance systems.
Excellent communication, empathy and organizational skills.
Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational support.

Location and working model:
Hybrid Modality (2 days in person) with the flexibility to operate across time zones.
Core working hours:

  • BST: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (GMT+6)

Employees must maintain reliable internet access, prompt communication, and availability for team meetings and collaborative work.

Location: Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh
