Key Requirements:
1 years minimum call centre experience handling high call volumes
Customer service experience is essential this is not a sales environment
Experience working in an omni channel environment (voice, email, chat, social, etc.) is highly advantageous
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working rotational 12-hour shifts (24-hour operation) on a 6 days on / 4 days off schedule
Strong team player with a customer-centric approach
