Monitoring the printer and processing pro forma-invoices and invoices done by telesales.
Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Assist to write area cage information on.
Confirming orders on white boards.
Confirming orders going to warehouse.
Assist in compiling delivery packs ready for loading.
Receiving- Collection and upliftment documents.
Daily delivery packs analysed and added to spreadsheet.
