Were currently supporting a highly respected, quality-focused home health provider in Aurora, CO, in their search for a Home Health Clinical Director to lead and shape clinical operations with autonomy and heart.

This Role is for You If You're Ready to:

• Provide hands-on leadership to clinical staff in the field
• Develop and manage care plans that align with patient-first principles
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, growth, and compliance
• Coach and guide field nurses toward best-in-class outcomes
• Be a central decision-maker, not just a policy enforcer
• Build systems not just manage them

What You'll Bring:

• RN license (Colorado, unrestricted)
• 2+ years of leadership experience in home health
• Knowledge of Medicare conditions of participation and compliance standards
• Strong communication skills and people leadership
• The ability to elevate a clinical team from good to exceptional

What Youll Receive:

• $90,000$120,000/year based on experience
