The Role

This Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational, strategic, and clinical aspects of the Cardiovascular Services division. You'll be leading a multidisciplinary team across Cath Lab, Non-Invasive Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Diagnostics, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for all cardiovascular programs and operations.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and clinical excellence.

  • Oversee quality metrics, financial performance, and staffing plans.

  • Collaborate across service lines to improve patient outcomes and department synergy.

  • Lead departmental budgeting, capital planning, and innovation initiatives.


What Youll Bring

  • 35+ years of progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and clinical program development.
  • Strong operational leadership and financial acumen.

  • Collaborative, team-building leadership style.
