The Role
This Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational, strategic, and clinical aspects of the Cardiovascular Services division. You'll be leading a multidisciplinary team across Cath Lab, Non-Invasive Cardiology, and Cardiovascular Diagnostics, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for all cardiovascular programs and operations.

Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and clinical excellence.

Oversee quality metrics, financial performance, and staffing plans.

Collaborate across service lines to improve patient outcomes and department synergy.

Lead departmental budgeting, capital planning, and innovation initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- 35+ years of progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and clinical program development.
