Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Surgery Center, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day unit operations, including staffing, patient care coordination, and scheduling.
  • Ensure exceptional patient care by promoting best practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining top-tier clinical excellence.
  • Establish strong working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and hospital leadership.
  • Lead performance evaluations, staff training, and regulatory compliance efforts.

What Were Looking For:

  • Must have served as a Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager in an ASC/OSC for at least 1 full year in the last 3 years.
  • 3+ years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • BSN preferred but not required.
  • Active GA RN license (or eligibility).
  • BLS certification required.
  • Advanced certification in surgical specialty preferred.
