We are seeking a talented and solution-oriented MuleSoft Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performing enterprise integration solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting our core ecosystem, enabling seamless data flow across diverse cloud and on-premise platforms.
An ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in API-led connectivity and modern integration patterns. While not mandatory, prior experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud) is highly preferred and will significantly accelerate your impact within our delivery pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Integration Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and reusable APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, CloudHub, API Manager, Exchange).
- API-Led Architecture: Implement best-practice integration architectures utilizing MuleSoft’s 3-tier API-led connectivity approach (Experience, Process, and System APIs).
- Technical Engineering: Write clean, efficient DataWeave ($2.x$) transformations, configure routing, error handling policies, and reconnection strategies.
- Ecosystem Connection: Build reliable endpoints connecting ERPs, legacy databases, third-party REST/SOAP web services, and cloud environments.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Participate in automated deployment pipelines (MUnit, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven) to ensure robust testing and code quality.
- Collaboration & Governance: Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and platform owners to discover data requirements and adhere to API governance standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated hands-on development experience on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Language Proficiency: Strong mastery of DataWeave, Java, XML, JSON, and RAML/OAS for API specifications.
- Integration Patterns: Solid understanding of synchronous/asynchronous communication, pub/sub architectures, batch processing, and message queues (Anypoint MQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).
- Security Standards: Hands-on experience implementing API security protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, TLS, and API policies).
- US Client/Stakeholder Ready: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting technical integration flows to business stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills with the ability to optimize slow-running database queries or bottlenecked API configurations.
- Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) is highly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Salesforce Background:
- Salesforce Ecosystem Familiarity: Direct experience connecting systems to Salesforce using the Salesforce MuleSoft Connector, Salesforce Composite APIs, Streaming API, or Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Platform Knowledge: Understanding of core Salesforce data models (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Custom Objects) or experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / MuleSoft Composer is a major advantage.
