Role Overview
As the Receptionist at Strong Kiddo, you are the first smile families see and the calm, organized person who keeps the front desk running smoothly. You help parents feel welcomed, guide them through schedules and memberships, handle bookings, answer questions, and make sure our daily operations stay organized and professional.
You will work closely with coaches and management to create a warm, friendly, and efficient experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience

Welcome children and families with a friendly, professional attitude

Manage check-ins, class attendance, and basic customer support in person and online

Answer inquiries via phone, email, LINE, Facebook/Instagram messages, and walk-ins

Provide clear information about programs, schedules, pricing, and policies
Bookings & Administration

Handle bookings for classes, birthday parties, camps, and school programs

Manage daily schedules and coordinate with coaches and the operations team

Support membership sign-ups, renewals, and payment processing

Maintain accurate customer records and attendance logs

Assist with basic inventory tracking (e.g., wristbands, merchandise, supplies)
Coordination & Facility Support

Communicate daily updates to coaches (bookings, special requests, customer notes)

Support birthday party and camp logistics from the front desk

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

Report any issues or maintenance needs to the team promptly
Requirements

Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or admin roles preferred

Strong communication skills and a warm, positive personality

Comfortable working with children and families in a busy environment

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask

Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Docs, booking systems, POS tools)

Ability to stay calm and professional during peak hours

Fluent in Thai; good English communication is a strong plus
Nice to Have

Experience in kids-focused businesses (schools, playgroups, kids activities, clinics)

Familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools

Social media message handling experience

First Aid knowledge (not required but appreciated)
Working Hours

Shift-based schedule, including weekends and some public holidays (peak family time)
