Job brief

Responsibilities

  • Helping to organise client coaching sessions and obtaining RSVPs to events and meetings
  • Minuting and distributing minutes from all meetings
  • Maintaining client records and keeping track of contract delivery
  • Assisting with the management of the Directors' diary and the company diary
  • Supporting Programme Delivery with e.g. sending out pre-programme reading, logging menu requests, sending out joining instructions etc.
  • Acting as the first contact for programme delegate enquiries
  • Chasing unpaid invoices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrator
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures
  • Experience in book-keeping practices
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills & ability to detect inconsistencies
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in managing data and CRM systems management
  • Excellent communication, people skills and telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and compiling reports and databases
