Studio Lagos is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Officer to support healthcare staffing operations for a Canadian healthcare staffing company. This role combines caregiver scheduling, recruitment coordination, and operational support to ensure clients are consistently staffed with qualified professionals.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in recruitment, HR coordination, healthcare staffing, or workforce scheduling who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires urgency, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Work From Home (WFH)
  • Schedule: 6 days per week
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Equipment: Company laptop provided upon employment
  • Minimum Commitment: 18-month contract required

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Source and screen caregiver candidates for healthcare staffing roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and interview coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate documentation.
  • Support onboarding coordination and credential tracking.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.

Scheduling & Staffing Operations

  • Schedule caregivers to meet all open staffing requirements quickly and accurately.
  • Respond to client calls, texts, and emails promptly.
  • Create and update shifts while maintaining accurate scheduling records.
  • Ensure all client schedules are covered and properly documented.
  • Implement escalation procedures when staffing gaps arise.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, healthcare staffing, or scheduling preferred.
  • Prior recruitment experience is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data protection protocols.
