Studio Lagos is hiring a highly organized Healthcare Scheduler & Recruitment Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling operations while supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
This role requires strong English communication skills, urgency, and the ability to manage high-volume scheduling demands in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.
Compensation & Commitment
- Salary: ₦150,000 Naira per month
- Schedule: 6 days per week
- 12 hours per day (5 days weekly)
- 24-hour shift (1 day weekly)
- Minimum Contract: 18-month commitment required
- Equipment: Company laptop provided upon employment
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Operations
- Schedule caregivers for all open staffing needs within 10 minutes.
- Acknowledge client calls, texts, and emails within 2 minutes.
- Create and manage shifts, ensuring full schedule coverage at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the scheduling system.
- Implement escalation procedures when coverage gaps arise.
- Submit daily operational reports.
- Follow internal processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Assist with sourcing and screening caregiver candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and credential records.
- Support onboarding and compliance documentation tracking.
- Help build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline to ensure staffing continuity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, HR coordination, or scheduling preferred.
- Past recruitment experience is a strong asset.
- Strong multitasking ability and extreme sense of urgency.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
- High attention to detail with strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards.
