Key Responsibilities

• Generate prospective student leads through outreach initiatives across schools, churches, corporations, organizations, and parent networks
• Lead admissions consultations with prospective families from inquiry to enrollment
• Represent Northbridge Collegiate at educational events, church programs, networking events, and community outreach activities
• Support enrollment growth through consistent outreach, follow-up, and conversion activities
• Maintain professional brand representation and institutional messaging
• Coordinate admissions inquiries, parent communications, and enrollment activities
• Work closely with leadership on outreach and enrollment strategy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, mature, and emotionally intelligent
• Confident speaking with parents, students, schools, churches, and corporate organizations
• Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven
• Comfortable with movement across Lagos for outreach and meetings
• Must have access to and be comfortable using a personal vehicle for work-related travel within Lagos
• Background in admissions, education, marketing, business development, sales, or related fields is an advantage
