Compensation

• Base salary
• Transportation allowance
• 2.5% commission

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive communicator to be the face of NBC. As an Admissions & Outreach Specialist, you won't just be processing applications — you will help drive the school's growth.

You will identify new student markets, build community partnerships, and guide families through important educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with feeder schools, tutoring centers, and corporate partners
• Support student recruitment and outreach activities
• Plan and support Open Houses, shadow days, and networking events
• Maintain accurate records and track prospective student leads
• Follow up consistently to support enrollment efforts

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communicator with confident public speaking skills
• Persuasive, proactive, and relationship-oriented
• Comfortable following up and building connections with families
• Organized and self-managed
• Able to identify opportunities and take initiative independently

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in education is a strong advantage
• Previous admissions, outreach, sales, or marketing experience is an advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
