What You Will Do

  • Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new mid-market customers and expand revenue within existing high-value accounts.

  • Full Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process from proactive prospecting and cold calling to product demonstrations and final closing.

  • Strategic Consulting: Conduct deep-dive product presentations that showcase how automation addresses specific pain points in restaurant operations.

  • Negotiation: Manage contract and pricing agreements, ensuring terms align with both client needs and company growth objectives.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to ensure visibility and accountability.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3–7 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, specifically handling full sales cycles.

  • Proven Track Record: Experience exceeding a $1M+ annual quota with a history of closing deals in the $20k–$120k+ ACV range.

  • Sector Expertise: Experience selling software solutions or platforms (rather than just hardware/POS) to restaurants, hospitality, or operations/accounting teams.

  • Competitive Spirit: We value candidates with a competitive background (e.g., former athletes or recipients of prestigious sales/competition awards).

  • Presence: This role requires being on-site 5 days a week in our New York, San Francisco, or Tampa hubs.
