Location: New York, NY | Hybrid: 3+ days/week
Salary: $140K–$170K + Equity
Were looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive the post-implementation success of health system customers. You'll build trusted partnerships, ensure adoption, deliver measurable outcomes, and tie product usage to real ROI. This is a relationship-driven role requiring comfort navigating complex healthcare organizations and advocating for customer success.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain executive and operational relationships across hospital and health system accounts.

Drive adoption, track outcomes, and demonstrate ROI across departments.

Identify risks and proactively solve workflow, change management, and resourcing challenges.

Manage renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.

Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.

Provide actionable customer feedback to inform product roadmap.

Develop structured account plans, MBRs, and QBRs to communicate results and align on growth.
Ideal Candidate:

3–7 years in white-glove Account Management, consultative post-sales, or top-tier consulting roles.

Proven success driving renewals and expansions in complex, regulated environments.

Experience with AI, analytics, SaaS, or healthcare/tech products.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel ~20% (2–4x/month).

Background or deep interest in healthcare or pharma.
