Physical Therapist

Are you a Physical Therapist in Central PA looking for a flexible, high-earning opportunity? Our client is seeking Full-Time Physical Therapists to cover key territories in Dauphin, Lebanon, and Lancaster Counties.

You will serve as a primary clinical lead in the home, helping patients recover from joint replacements, cardiac events, and mobility-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Evaluations: Perform initial OASIS assessments to establish functional baselines and safety requirements.
• Home Rehabilitation: Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions focused on gait training, strength building, and transfer safety.
• Clinical Collaboration: Work directly with local Physicians and the agencys nursing team to adjust care plans based on real-time patient progress.
• Safety & Prevention: Identify environmental hazards in the home and recommend modifications or assistive technology.
• Mobile Documentation: Complete electronic charting at the point of care to ensure seamless communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience is required; prior Home Health or Acute Rehab experience is highly preferred.
• OASIS Knowledge: Familiarity with OASIS-E documentation is a significant advantage.
• Logistics: Valid PA drivers license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
