Field Sales Representative (Trucking & Logistics Company)
Our Client, a growing trucking and logistics company in the Philippines, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand its client base across Metro Manila and nearby regions.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with proven experience selling trucking and logistics services to FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, pharma, and industrial companies.
Location & Work Setup

Must be based in National Capital Region (NCR)

Field-based role with regular client visits and presentations

Required to report to Our Client's Las Piñas office once a week
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through heavy cold calling, field prospecting, and client visits
-
Identify and develop opportunities within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, pharma, and industrial sectors

Present trucking and logistics solutions to prospective clients
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
-
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in field sales for trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, or transport services
-
Proven experience selling to FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, pharma, or industrial companies

Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and face-to-face selling
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
-
Willing to travel frequently for client meetings and presentations

Must be open to reporting to Our Clients Las Piñas office once a week
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000
