About the job Implementation Manager
The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing, seed-stage AI healthcare startup that is fundamentally rebuilding how healthcare communicates. Having just raised a $10M seed round from top-tier investors (Accel, Y Combinator, Sequoia) and signed seven major deals in a single week, they are looking for a high-octane Implementation Manager to join their 11-person team as a foundational hire.
In this role, you won't just follow a checklist—you will build the playbook. You’ll lead end-to-end customer deployments for Fortune 500 healthcare organizations, ensuring that AI voice agents are seamlessly integrated to handle scheduling, billing, and patient workflows.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Charge: Manage a panel of 3–5 customer implementations from initial kickoff through successful go-live.
Stakeholder Mastery: Navigate complex relationships within large healthcare organizations, serving as the primary non-technical point of contact for multiple decision-makers.
Build the Foundation: Create and refine the implementation playbook from scratch, defining how the company scales its delivery process.
Dynamic Duo: Work in a "dyad" with a Forward-Deployed Engineer. You own the project management, timelines, and stakeholder outcomes, while they handle the technical execution.
Who You Are
Experienced: 2–5 years in complex software implementations, customer onboarding, or high-level project management (Consulting, Chief of Staff, or Startup Deployment roles are highly preferred).
High-Agency: You are a "doer" who thrives in ambiguity. You don't wait for a manual; you write it.
Semi-Technical: You understand the "how" behind the "what." You know your way around APIs, understand LLM basics, and can speak intelligently about technical products.
Detail-Obsessed: You have a proven track record of managing multi-workstream plans and holding stakeholders to deadlines.
NYC Bound: You are either in New York or ready to relocate to be with the team 5 days a week in their NYC office.
Why Join?
Top-Tier Pedigree: Work alongside a CEO (Stanford/Harvard-trained physician) and CTO (ex-Amazon Alexa AI lead).
Massive Traction: 10x revenue growth in the last year.
Full Benefits: 100% covered healthcare, flexible time off, commuter benefits, and meaningful early-stage equity.
