What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support products liability litigation matters
  • Draft briefs, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions, expert interviews, and oral arguments
  • Work on multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated proceedings
  • Manage document review, production, and case strategy
  • Handle causation and failure analysis

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of products liability litigation experience (REQUIRED)
  • Strong experience in legal writing and case management
  • Exposure to complex litigation or MDL environments
  • Excellent communication + team-first mindset
  • Bar admission in CA, CO, WA, or NY
