About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience supporting a recruitment or staffing agency. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to position recruitment services in the market, generate inbound leads from hiring companies, and build strong brand visibility across digital channels.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement, improve search visibility, and support business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the recruitment industry
  • Identify and target companies with active hiring needs through digital channels
  • Create and publish blog posts, newsletters, and marketing content on the company website and LinkedIn
  • Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn priority; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok as applicable)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns

  • Execute SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on search intent
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Design visual marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
  • Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and ROI, providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with leadership on branding, messaging, and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with a recruitment/staffing agency marketing function
  • Strong understanding of recruitment industry targeting strategies
  • Demonstrated experience posting and managing content on websites and LinkedIn
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and execution
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Keyword Planner
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to build and manage digital campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week during US business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Yoast, etc.)
