Backed by strong early-stage funding and experiencing rapid growth, the company is building next-generation enterprise AI systems that integrate directly into platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and ServiceNow.
They are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead enterprise client relationships and oversee strategic AI implementation projects from discovery through execution.
About the Role
This is a highly client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges for enterprise organizations. The Engagement Manager will serve as the strategic advisor to senior executives while coordinating cross-functional teams of consultants, strategists, and engineers.
The ideal candidate combines elite communication skills, strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and a practical understanding of AI-enabled enterprise transformation.
You will work directly with executive stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies, scope AI-driven solutions, and ensure successful implementation across large-scale organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise client engagements end-to-end, from initial discovery through implementation and delivery
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior operational stakeholders
Conduct operational interviews with leadership teams, department heads, and individual contributors to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured implementation plans with measurable outcomes and ROI targets
Partner closely with technical teams to deploy AI-enabled workflow solutions across enterprise systems
Manage and mentor junior consultants and strategists while ensuring high-quality deliverables
Monitor client sentiment, project progress, and organizational change management across multiple concurrent engagements
Drive executive cadences, stakeholder presentations, and strategic business reviews
Travel periodically to client sites to support implementations and executive relationship management
Help shape best practices for enterprise AI deployment in highly regulated and operationally complex environments
Ideal Background
4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, enterprise transformation, or client delivery roles
Experience working at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and complex enterprise engagements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems
Excellent executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Interest in AI, automation, enterprise systems, and operational transformation
Comfortable operating in startup environments with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations

Base Salary: $200,000 – $300,000
Total Compensation: Up to $320,000+
