We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Account Executive to join their London-based team. This is a "hunter" role designed for a tenacious sales professional who thrives on navigating complex enterprise landscapes and challenging C-suite stakeholders to rethink their digital communication strategies.

What You Will Do

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for a curated list of 15–20 Tier-1 strategic accounts. Your mission is to build and close a high-value pipeline by demonstrating the ROI of Agentic AI.

  • Strategic Prospecting: 80% of your pipeline will be self-sourced. You are a hunter who leverages your network and expertise to break into major enterprise accounts.

  • C-Suite Influence: Develop deep, consultative relationships with technical and business leaders (CTO, CMO, Head of Product) to drive long-term communication strategies.

  • Complex Sales Navigation: Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, often involving $MM deal sizes and high-level technical integration discussions.

  • Value Articulation: Move beyond "product selling" to deliver tailored, consultative solutions that solve core business challenges.


What We Are Looking For

  • The Experience: 10+ years of total sales experience, with at least 7 years specifically in Enterprise/Strategic software sales.

  • The Track Record: A history of over-attainment (President’s Club) and a proven ability to close $MM deals. You should have closed >$10M ACV over the course of your career.

  • The Environment: Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment is essential. You must be comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth firm.

  • The Methodology: Expert-level application of a defined sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).

  • The Vertical: Experience selling into major retailers (e.g., Macy’s, Nordstrom, Saks) is highly preferred.

  • The Mindset: A relentless work ethic and a "resourceful" approach to problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £115K - £130K; $230-$260k OTE and uncapped commissions

  • 3-month non-recoverable draw during your ramp period.
