Success4Life Tutoring Services, Inc. is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Remote) to provide exceptional support to students, parents, and staff. This fully remote role is critical to ensuring a positive experience for all clients and maintaining smooth operations of our tutoring programs.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with scheduling and appointment confirmations, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues efficiently. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and support onboarding for new students and families.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and office productivity applications is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, patience, and a professional approach to customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to student, parent, and staff inquiries via email, phone, and chat

Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and student onboarding

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience

Maintain accurate records of communications and actions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to management

Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and office productivity applications
