Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Job Purpose:
Support organizational effectiveness by developing structures, processes, and improvement initiatives aligned with the organizations strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve organizational structures and processes.

  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and authority matrices.

  • Analyze employee engagement and satisfaction data and recommend improvements.

  • Prepare reports to measure the impact of OD initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related area.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
