Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist
Job Purpose:
Support organizational effectiveness by developing structures, processes, and improvement initiatives aligned with the organizations strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve organizational structures and processes.

Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Develop and update job descriptions and authority matrices.

Analyze employee engagement and satisfaction data and recommend improvements.

Prepare reports to measure the impact of OD initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related area.

Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
