Challenges and goals you'll own:

• Experience and involvement in full project cycle as a Project Manager (planning, requirements elicitation, development and QA control, reporting, delivery, support)

• Management of one main project and supporting activities in parallel

• Possibility to take part in presale activities (acknowledgment with project information, WBS creation, estimates with a team, presenting estimates)

• Participation in building and improving processes in the company

Hard skills requirements:

• Experience in project management from 3-4 years

• Experience of managing project from start till completion, examples of successfully released projects

• Understanding project management processes using Agile, Kanban, successful experience in project delivery using corresponding methodologies

• Experience with gathering and managing requirements, decomposing into tasks for the development team, working with priorities

Soft Skills requirements:

• Proactive thinking in work with the client and on the project

• Ability to build optimal process in line with changing business goals

• Focus on business goals and client's expectations from service

• Ability to transition easily from the high-level questions to the detailed ones

• Ability to build optimal process in line with changing business goals

• Exceptional communication skills, solid experience in negotiation practice
