Dealing & Trading Operations Specialist | CFDs Industry | Based in Malaysia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealing & Trading Operations Specialist to join our client's dynamic team within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.

You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the firms MT4/MT5 trading systems, monitoring trading activity, managing risk exposure, and supporting operational and technical trading functions across multiple assets.

What Will You Do:

Trading and Risk Monitoring

• Manage and monitor the Company's trading books across FX, CFDs, Equities, Cryptos, and other assets.
• Ensure adherence to internal risk parameters and regulatory standards.
• Actively monitor clients trading activities, exposures, price feeds, and system performance.
• Investigate suspicious or abnormal trades and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Market and System Analysis

• Monitor key market trends, news, and developments across all major instruments offered by the Company.
• Handle real-time price feed issues including freezing, filtrations, and pricing gaps.
• Switch between liquidity providers (LPs) when required and monitor LP performance.

Client and Counterparty Interaction

• Communicate with clients to resolve trading or account-related issues.
• Engage with liquidity providers, banks, prime brokers, aggregators, and bridge providers to resolve operational issues.

Operational Support

• Perform MT4/MT5 operational tasks including instrument setup, group configuration, markups, and settings adjustments.
• Produce daily trading and reconciliation reports using MT4, MT5, and third-party systems.
• Generate and analyze trading statistics to support management decisions.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with financial market developments.

Cross-Department Support

• Provide internal support to client-facing teams on trading and system inquiries.
• Advise staff on system updates, market changes, or relevant operational upgrades.

• Deliver any additional reporting or tasks required by business needs.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in a risk management, dealing, or trading operations role within a reputable FX/CFD/Spread Betting broker.
• Strong knowledge of multiple assets including FX, CFDs, Equities, and Cryptos.
• Working knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms is a MUST.
  
• Understanding of trading technologies such as bridges, aggregators, and liquidity management tools.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and occasional nights shifts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
