Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on exposure to business intelligence, reporting, analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing and technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to leverage modern analytics tools, AI technologies, and automation platforms to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights.

  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.

  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.

  • Create ad-hoc analyses and support decision-making processes.

  • Present findings in a clear and structured manner.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Create data models, measures, and visualizations using DAX.

  • Monitor trends, patterns, and business metrics.

  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.

Database & Querying

  • Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.

  • Work with relational databases and structured datasets.

  • Perform data aggregation and reporting using SQL.

AI & Automation

  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and other productivity platforms to improve efficiency.

  • Explore AI-driven workflows and business process automation.

  • Assist in building simple automations using no-code/low-code tools.

  • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies.

Excel & Data Management

  • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Create Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups, and data summaries.

  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.

  • Support data collection and documentation processes.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with business and operations teams.

  • Support reporting requirements and analytical initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.


Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree (pursuing final year or recently graduated) in:

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Data Science

  • Statistics

  • Mathematics

  • Business Analytics

  • Engineering

  • Or any related quantitative field
