About the Role
SummitNext is looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Intelligence Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead reporting and analytics initiatives, transform complex data into meaningful business insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of dashboards, reports, and performance analytics while guiding a small team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting outputs. Working closely with operations, HR, leadership, and clients, you will identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic business improvements through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, maintenance, and enhancement of periodic management reports and interactive dashboards for internal leadership and external clients.
- Oversee and guide a small team (analysts/executives) in delivering accurate, timely, and consistent reporting outputs.
- Work with large and complex datasets using Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Review and validate data cleaning, transformation, and reconciliation processes across multiple data sources.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve dashboards (Power BI / Looker Studio) to track key operational KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, SLA, productivity, and agent performance.
- Translate business requirements into reporting structures, KPIs, and visual analytics solutions.
- Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights to support business strategy and operational improvements.
- Drive automation initiatives using tools such as Google Apps Script, Excel automation (VBA), or basic scripting to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure reporting quality standards and governance are maintained across all deliverables.
- Support client-facing reporting, business reviews, and presentations, ensuring insights are clearly communicated and commercially relevant.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and client teams to align reporting outputs with business needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting (lead/senior exposure preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced level).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI/data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication skills with ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Advanced SQL knowledge or experience working with databases.
- Exposure to automation tools (Google Apps Script, VBA, Python basics).
- Experience in BPO, contact center, or customer service performance analytics.
- Strong business acumen with ability to move beyond reporting into insight generation and recommendation.
