We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Executive (Payroll) to manage end-to-end payroll administration. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining proper payroll records in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate payroll reports and support finance with payroll reconciliation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information at all times.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration. Fresh graduates with strong interest in payroll are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using payroll systems or HRIS tools is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of payroll reporting and reconciliation processes.
