About Us

At SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., we are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in Sungai Petani and gain hands-on experience in human resource operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

  • Support documentation for onboarding and internal HR processes.

  • Organize and manage HR files and ensure proper record keeping.

Employee Engagement Support

  • Assist in organizing internal activities, employee engagement programs, and team initiatives.

  • Support HR in preparing materials for internal communications and events.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with preparation of HR reports, trackers, and administrative documentation.

  • Support HR with day-to-day operational tasks and coordination with different departments.

  • Ensure HR documents and processes follow company policies and procedures.

General Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing letters, forms, and internal documentation.

  • Support data entry and updating HR trackers.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team when required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
