At SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., we are a leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence. As we expand, were seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Service team based in Damansara City Mall.
Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other contact channels.
- Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening).
- Previous customer service/BPO experience preferred, automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in office software and computer operations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time, rotational shifts
- 5 working days per week
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM3,000/month
- Performance KPI Incentive: Up to RM300/month
