Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for the China market. This role plays a critical part in bridging our global brand strategy with local market insights, ensuring our messaging is culturally relevant, compliant, and engaging for Chinese retail traders.
As part of a global, multicultural team, you will own localized content creation, social media growth, and brand execution across major Chinese digital platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the Forex & CFDs industry, deep knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem, and strong bilingual communication skills.

What Will You Do:

Content Creation & Localization

  • Create high-quality, engaging financial content including articles, social media posts, market analysis summaries, and video scripts tailored for the Chinese trading audience.
  • Translate and localize global marketing campaigns from English to Simplified Chinese, ensuring cultural relevance and correct Forex terminology.
  • Adapt complex financial concepts into clear, engaging messaging for retail traders.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while ensuring compliance with local regulations and platform guidelines.

Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across key Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Zhihu, and relevant trading communities.
  • Plan, publish, and optimize content calendars aligned with trading activity and campaigns.
  • Monitor community feedback, respond to inquiries, and actively engage users to build a loyal trader community.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize engagement and conversion.

Brand Management & Creative Collaboration

  • Act as the brand guardian for the China region, ensuring all localized content aligns with global brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to produce localized creatives such as banners, landing pages, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all visual and written assets are consistent, professional, and conversion-focused.

Market Research & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and user behavior within the Chinese Forex market.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Compliance, and global Marketing teams to align local initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to HQ to improve global campaigns and product positioning.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within the Forex, CFDs, or online trading industry (mandatory).
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Good written and spoken English for collaboration with global teams.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with proven experience creating financial content.
  • Deep understanding of the Chinese digital landscape (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Zhihu, forums).
  • Strong ability to navigate between Western business practices and Chinese market expectations.
  • Experience working within international or multicultural teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic SEO knowledge (Baidu) and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
