Job overview:

We are looking for Malaysians fluent in Arabic to join our growing FX and CFDs brokerage team. You will provide customer support to Arabic-speaking clients, manage funding operations, and ensure smooth back-office and KYC processes.

What will you do:

  • Handle client inquiries via live chat, email, and tickets

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other funding activities

  • Conduct KYC verifications and ensure compliance with regulations

  • Support back-office operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service

What makes you a good fit:

  • Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across written and verbal channels
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both written and spoken interactions
  • Prior experience in customer support, funding, or back-office operations within the financial services industry is preferred
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualification:

  • Experience in FX, CFDs, or financial services preferred

  • Knowledge of trading platforms, payments, and KYC/AML processes
