Job overview:
We are looking for Malaysians fluent in Arabic to join our growing FX and CFDs brokerage team. You will provide customer support to Arabic-speaking clients, manage funding operations, and ensure smooth back-office and KYC processes.
What will you do:
Handle client inquiries via live chat, email, and tickets
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other funding activities
Conduct KYC verifications and ensure compliance with regulations
Support back-office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
What makes you a good fit:
- Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively across written and verbal channels
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both written and spoken interactions
- Prior experience in customer support, funding, or back-office operations within the financial services industry is preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualification:
Experience in FX, CFDs, or financial services preferred
Knowledge of trading platforms, payments, and KYC/AML processes
