Business Reporting Analyst - FX & CFDs Industry

Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support informed decision-making for our SEA business team. It involves monitoring financial performance, forecasting future trends, and collaborating with various departments to optimize business strategies.

What will you do:

• Produce and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
  
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
  
• Provide real-time insights on business performance, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior management and regional stakeholders.
  
• Support local and regional teams by coordinating sales tasks and handling incoming requests.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.
  

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role within the finance or BPO industry.
  
• Proven ability to generate and interpret business reports across different regions.
  
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing business strategies.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and business analytics is a plus.
  
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate analytical findings clearly.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
