Position
HR Intern (Recruitment) (English Written & Verbal, On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Job posting in social media and various job portals to connect for potential candidates.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities through searching, phone calling, interview coordination, candidate pre & post interview follow-ups, letters preparation and on boarding training.
- Assist in any other administrative tasks when assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, or any other related fields.
- Required skill(s): Good communication skills (verbal and written), Good interpersonal skills, Self-disciplined.
- Passion in the recruitment field, enjoy meeting new people, strong team players, willing to learn, and accountable for tasks assigned.
