About the job Conversion & Retention Manager - FX & CFDs Industry
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Conversion and Retention Manager to lead our client's growing sales conversion and client retention teams in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 3 years of experience managing a team of 20 or more in Conversion and Retention functions. You will drive first-time deposits (FTDs), increase client trading activity, and improve lifetime value (LTV) of clients through strategic team leadership and process optimization.
You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching team members, setting KPIs, and contributing to revenue growth through effective conversion and retention strategies.
What will you do:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and manage a Conversion and Retention team of at least 20 members (Team Leaders, Conversion Agents, Retention Agents, Account Managers).
- Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the team focused on:
- New client conversion (lead-to-first-deposit rate).
- Client activation and trading activity.
- Client retention and reactivation.
- Client lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high team engagement and productivity.
- Create and maintain a high-performance, sales-driven team culture.
Conversion & Retention Strategy:
- Define and implement effective strategies to improve:
- Conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Client activation and trading engagement.
- Retention rates of existing and high-value clients.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Dealing Desk teams to align campaigns and offers with client needs.
- Drive personalized client journey mapping to optimize the experience across different segments.
Process & Performance Optimization
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor team activity and pipeline.
- Analyze performance data and conversion/retention metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Optimize internal processes, scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
- Provide actionable insights and detailed reports to senior leadership.
How are we looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a Conversion and Retention team of 20+ members in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
- Strong track record in driving FTDs, trading volume, client activation, and retention KPIs.
- In-depth understanding of the FX & CFDs sales funnel and client life cycle.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and international environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
