Overview:

Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our client’s growing team in the Forex and CFDs trading industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of online trading, market expansion, and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs), and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s footprint in targeted regions and markets.
  • Acquire and manage relationships with retail and institutional clients, including high-net-worth individuals and IB partners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation to conversion, onboarding, and account growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and regional events.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, market trends, and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement and goal alignment.
  • Attend industry expos, webinars, and networking events to represent the brand and expand the client base.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and pipeline forecasts to senior management.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the FX & CFDs trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of online trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) and brokerage operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the target market are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance platforms.
