Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our client’s team in the Forex and CFDs trading industry. This role is centered around converting leads into active clients and ensuring high client retention rates through excellent service and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the trading or financial services sector, with strong communication and client engagement skills.

What will you do:

  • Proactively contact and convert leads into active trading clients through professional communication and consultative sales techniques.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and retention.
  • Provide clients with detailed information regarding products, services, trading platforms, and market conditions.
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor client trading activity to ensure they are actively engaged and supported throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to optimize the client experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Stay informed about the latest market developments, competitor activities, and internal promotions.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, client services, sales, or conversion roles within the FX & CFDs or broader financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5) and online brokerage environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to the client base are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools.
