Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in client retention and portfolio farming, with a strong passion for building long-term client relationships and driving engagement and loyalty.
You will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, increasing trading activity, and maximizing client lifetime value (LTV).
What will you do:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of active and high-potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Understand client needs and trading preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Portfolio Farming & Retention
- Implement effective portfolio farming strategies to increase client trading activity, deposits, and retention.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend appropriate products, promotions, and services to enhance client experience.
- Reactivate dormant clients and support clients at risk of churn through personalized outreach.
Client Support & Engagement
- Provide clients with ongoing education and guidance on trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and market conditions.
- Coordinate closely with the Dealing Desk and Support teams to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Monitor client feedback and work with internal teams to continuously improve service levels.
Revenue & KPI Management
- Achieve assigned KPIs related to client activity, retention rates, and revenue generation.
- Track and report portfolio performance and client engagement metrics to management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that enhance client value.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct client communications in a professional and ethical manner.
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client retention and portfolio farming within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
- Proven track record of driving trading activity, improving retention rates, and enhancing client value.
- Strong knowledge of FX & CFDs products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and the sales/retention process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver personalized service.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and client management tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus.
