About the Role

SummitNext is looking for motivated Work From Home Operations Interns to support our data collection initiatives. You will manage participant onboarding, maintain structured databases, execute marketing campaigns, and coordinate audio data collection activities — working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Onboarding & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of research project participants

  • Communicate project guidelines clearly and ensure accurate data submissions

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and participant communications

Database & Data Management

  • Maintain and update participant databases accurately in real-time

  • Manage data annotation processes and verify data quality and completeness

Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote projects across college groups, WhatsApp communities, Telegram channels, and social media

  • Drive participant acquisition and track campaign performance

Audio Data Collection

  • Coordinate audio data collection tasks and ensure participants follow quality guidelines

  • Validate audio submissions for completeness and accuracy

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a college degree or recently graduated

  • Based in Ireland

  • Fluent in English

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently

  • Strong personal network and basic computer skills


Who We're Looking For

  • Payscale: Basic pay of 100 Euros per month + incentive of 10 Euros for every 10 users onboarded
