Job Responsibilities

Telemarketing Executive

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to customers.

  • Generate leads, close sales, and achieve assigned telemarketing targets.

  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information to support sales conversion.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during calls.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Accurately update customer details and call outcomes in the system.

  • Adhere to company scripts, policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to sales and call performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service (sales-focused).

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
