About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service executives to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Maintain detailed reports and metrics on team performance and customer interactions.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
