Key Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed reports and metrics on team performance and customer interactions.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven with a service-oriented mindset.
